Professional Experience:
Liang is a certified public accountant with 20+ years of public accounting experience. Before founding Finanwise CPA’s Inc., he worked for a top 15 U.S. public accounting firm. His clients include high net worth individuals and businesses crossing different industries, with many of them having international operations in Asia and Europe. He is also experienced in trust and estate planning and has testified in court involving complex trust litigations.

Community Involvement: Liang is active in serving the San Diego local community. He is the current president of United Hunan Associations of America and the past president of the San Diego Hunan Chamber of Commerce; he served on the Professional Advisory Council of the San Diego Foundation, is a past board member of Ocean Discovery Institute; he is the former president and Chair of the Board of the San Diego Hunanese Association and past vice president in Finance of the American Chinese Culture and Education Foundation. |
